The reality is that society does not celebrate individuals who are introverted or that refrain from uncertainty in their personal lives. It seems they want us to believe that if you want to have a Silicon Valley Mentality you need a Hollywood person behind it. Our research shows quite the opposite. Basically, if you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are innovative and disruptive professionally, embracing uncertainty, you tend to avoid uncertainty in your personal life. Our work is increasingly uncertain so we need to grow our W score and there are many ways to do that. Its a good start to know where you are on the PW Index.
